At Mela Maru, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
  • Shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or does not match the description.
  • We do not charge a return fee.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Return Request: Please fill out our return form on this page to request a return. Unfortunately, returns without prior approval from our support team cannot be accepted. We will review your request as quickly as possible and get back to you as soon as possible.
  2. Return Instructions: Follow the instructions we provide you with after submitting your return request.
  3. Return: Send the product back to us according to the instructions you received. Make sure the product is well packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.

REFUNDS

  • Approval: We'll let you know if your refund was approved. If it's approved, you'll automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Contact: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@melamaru.com .

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and offer an appropriate solution.

EXCHANGE

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

ITEMS CANNOT BE FULLY RETURNED

  • Free/Promotional Items: Free or promotional items cannot be returned. If the return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a credit instead.
